Q: What is a Forex PAMM management account or MAM asset management?
A: It is an investment account, the owner of which is an individual investor. Such an account is constantly supervised by a professional money manager or a group of managers. The managers obtain permission from the investor to trade on his/her behalf in the Forex market to generate profits, via authorized LPOA mutual agreement. The managers do not have access to the invested capital, and they are unable to withdraw money from it. They are only compensated with a commission based on high watermark calculations.
Q: How much is the fee we charge?
A: We only charge when you have a profitable month, based on the market-standard high watermark structure. We charge a 40% performance fee, and the investor receives 60% of the net profit in the profit-sharing arrangement of 40/60.
